Customer Complaints

We are always keen to provide better service, and so if you have a complaint we are keen to deal with us about something you're happy with click here, and to read letters of praise click here.

Any complaints will be dealt with within 14 business days, and customer confidentiality will be kept, and no details will be passed to a third party. If you are unhappy with the response you recevie you can appeal to the Managing Director by phoning 01706. 372787, but if you're still not happy you can contact the Bus Appeals Body by writing to The Bus Appeals USERS UK, PO Box 119, Shepperton, TW17 8UX.
